Shipping Policies and Rates
Note: Number of delivery days quoted for Shipping Methods are from the Date of Shipment, not the Date of Order Placement.
Please be advised of the following shipping schedule:
Orders placed Monday - Friday prior to 12pm PST will be shipped the following business day. This includes all expedited orders.
International Orders: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, due to customs.
Return Policy
Product must be returned in the same condition it was received. Items must be returned complete and undamaged.
Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Refunds for the price of the product will be made within 7-14 days. Refunds are made to the purchasing credit card. If the card has expired, please let us know the new expiration date in order to expedite your refund.
